- Our shampoos are concentrated and should always be diluted prior to use
- Shake bottle well before use
- Always add water into dilution bottle before adding shampoo
- Use diluted product within 24 - 48 hours
WASHING:
- Dilute shampoo: 1 part shampoo to 6 parts water (dilution can be adjusted depending on coat condition)
- Wet coat, apply diluted shampoo and work into the coat to form a lather
- Rinse thoroughly with fresh water and repeat wash if necessary
- Use an applicable conditioner
- Dry coat with a clean towel or dryer
- Brush or comb hair

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Always retain your invoice as proof of purchase and support of your product warranty (if applicable).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt/invoice as proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
