Professional Yup You Stink! Conditioning Shampoo is our top-selling grime-busting formula is armed with odour control. Providing an intense deep clean, it effectively cleans fox poo, urine, grime, and grease – basically all things stinky. Suitable for dirty dogs of all breeds, this easy rinse formula can be used in hydrobaths and standard salons and has an economical 25:1 dilution ratio. Yup You Stink! Conditioning Shampoo significantly reduces drying time, making it ideal for double coated breeds and busy salons. It’s kind to groomer’s hands, too.

What’s more, pooches will leave grooming tables smelling divine. Yup You Stink! is infused with Eucalyptus (deodorising) and Cedarwood (antibacterial and flea repelling) essential oils, while Juniper and Neroli provide a stunning finishing fragrance. The added antibacterial and cleansing agents of this product provide a deep, yet gentle, clean to a dog’s skin and coat. It is the chosen grime-busting formula of some of the most established groomers worldwide. This pH-balanced formula contains wheat protein, oat kernel, argan oil and aloe vera leaf juice, which together nourishes, conditions, and softens the skin and coat, leaving a wonderful glossy sheen.

HOWND Professional Yup You Stink! Conditioning Shampoo is free from harsh chemicals such as alcohol, parabens, soap and dyes. Safe to use on cats and horses as long as rinsed off thoroughly

How to use.

Spray with warm water, and apply shampoo as required. Massage well, scrubbing any dirty patches. For best results, leave in for a couple of minutes, before rinsing off. Repeat as necessary. Use a warm cloth for the face. Rinse until the water runs clear. Caution around eyes and nostrils. If in eyes, rinse with warm water. Follow with HOWND body mist for a long-lasting fresh fragrance. Safe to use on cats and horses.

Aqua, Naturally Derived Cleansers, Cocoamidopropyl Betaine, Polysorbate 20, Juniperus communis (Juniper) Wood Oil, Juniperus Mexicana (cedarwood) Oil, Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus) Oil, Parfum, Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Citric Acid, Hydrolysed Wheat Protein, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Linalool.

 

 

Delivery
Dispatch will normally be via recorded delivery courier services and subject to stock availability and other normal commercial considerations. Delivery will be made as soon as practicable after receipt of an order but in any circumstance where an online pre-paid order cannot be delivered within one working week the Purchaser will be contacted by our customer service team.

Although Mullinahone Co-op shall make every effort to deliver on the date in the contract, no liability for any reason of delay of goods will be accepted.

Carriage
For orders of less than €120 a charge of €8 will apply to all deliveries within the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.

Please note that as a distributor we are contractually and legislatively restricted to distributing certain products within the Republic of Ireland only. Should we receive an order containing such a product we will contact the customer prior to delivery of any balance.

Returns Policy
The Purchaser shall obtain from Mullinahone Co-op a valid returns authorisation prior to the return of any goods supplied. To obtain a return authorisation please e-mail tsales@mull-coop.ie or telephone a member of our service team on ++353 (0) 52 915 3900. Mullinahone Co-op reserve the right to make a re-stocking charge for goods incorrectly purchased.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Always retain your invoice as proof of purchase and support of your product warranty (if applicable).

In all cases, when you are returning a product, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please ensure that you pack the product securely to ensure that the product arrives with us in perfect condition. We will not be responsible for damage caused to the returned product on delivery to us. You are also responsible for the postage of the return parcel. We strongly recommend you send it by recorded post. 

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that should an item have to be repackaged or there are signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking/damage charge from the refund amount.
 
 To complete your return, we require a receipt/invoice as proof of purchase.
 
 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
 
 Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tsales@mull-coop.ie  and send your item to: Returns Department, Mullinahone Co-op, Mullinahone, Thurles, County Tipperary, E41 YV05, Ireland.
 
 

Faulty or Defective Goods
If the customer returns to Mullinahone Co-op any goods, which are claimed to be defective and Mullinahone Co-op agrees they are defective or faulty, Mullinahone Co-op will replace the goods with those of an identical or similar type.

Refund Policy
In the event that we are unable to supply a product ordered or we have agreed and accepted back a product that we have not replaced we will refund to your credit card or credit your account as appropriate with 100% of any monies paid , less carriage, within 14 days
